I was trying to earn some money doing photography on the side at College.
During that time, I met someone that would go on to change my life forever…
At first, I'll admit, I wasn’t interested in Real Estate, or what he was doing.
I was just there to take pictures, build up my portfolio, and hope to get paid.
But, the more time I spent with him, the more time I got to observe what he was doing, and how much better Real Estate made his life and the other people in it.
I got obsessed.
I realized, Real Estate was a solid way to build capital.
It is a huge market.
There’s houses in every single one of the 52 states, and everyone needs a place to stay.
They did yesterday, they did today, and they will tomorrow.
I also saw how you don’t need $100,000’s in your bank to get into Real Estate like I’d always been led to believe if you start with wholesaling.
Wholesaling is the easiest, most accessible entry point into Real Estate because it requires little to no money or credit to get started.
All you need is a lot of hard work, dedication, and action.
Eventually, one day I plucked up the courage and said:
“Hey, I would love to learn this, would you teach me?”
I count my blessings every day that he said yes.
